Our most-requested service is real-time help and advice. Our Concierge On-Demand Advice is a subscription-based service to our clients who want fast, reliable, bankable answers to their practice questions during normal business hours. Do you have a billing or collection issue, a question about Labor Code or regulatory compliance, coordination of care or administration of your responsibilities? We are available to discuss matters with you and provide sound advice for your consideration.

The professional staff at CWCSA has nearly eight combined decades of experience from both the provider and payor's perspective.  Members benefit from our institutional memory and experience with regulatory and legislative affairs, communication, compliance, medical-legal reporting content, office billing and operations procedures and much more. The CWCSA staff is expert at answering physicians’ questions about all aspects of California workers’ compensation practice. We research your problem and possible solutions; we initiate inquiries and get back to you. For an annual subscription of $600, you receive full access to CWCSA’s resources and consulting staff for a reasonable number of questions. We will not limit you to a specific number of questions, but reserve the right to suggest and to create a customized program that will better address any recurring needs. Your plan is tailor-made. Acceptance of a plan and any extra cost to implement it will be your decision.
